Terms & Conditions
By using our services and confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please ensure you read these Terms carefully. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
- Booking Confirmation & Agreement
By using our services and confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of Elite Mobility Group and its associated services. These Terms apply to all bookings, services, and communications with Elite Mobility Group.
- Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and must adhere to the following cancellation policy:

No-shows: A fee equal to 100% of the booking rate will be charged.

Cancellations within 24 hours or less: 100% of the booking rate will be charged (all vehicle categories).

Tour/Charter cancellations within 72 hours: 80% of the booking rate will be charged (all vehicle categories).
- Vehicle Availability
While we aim to provide the requested vehicle, in the event of a mechanical issue or unforeseen circumstances, an equivalent vehicle will be provided.
- Additional Services
The following services or items incur extra charges, available upon request:

Baby seats, capsules, or booster seats

Entry fees to car parks and recreational parks or any public domain including Parking metres, tolls and unscheduled stops

Extra luggage and luggage trailers

Food and drinks (available on request)
Transfers are point-to-point, and additional pick-ups or drop-offs can be arranged for an additional extra fee. Movements between Midnight and 6:30am incur a 50% surcharge across all locations.
- Luggage Capacity & Excess Luggage
Please adhere to vehicle luggage restrictions outlined above on our website. Any large or heavy luggage must be reported and approved in advance. If additional luggage requires a secondary vehicle, this cost will be covered by the customer and paid directly to Elite Mobility Group.
- Offshore and International Bookings
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. Refund Policy: Please note that no refunds will be provided for cancellations or changes once the balance has been paid.
- Wedding Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of 75% is required to confirm wedding bookings, with the balance payable one week prior to the event. Any cancellation fees will also include charges from suppliers, but the total amount will not exceed the booking value.
- Credit Card Payments
If you choose to pay via credit card, a surcharge of up to 3.5% of the booking value may apply, depending on the type of card used.
- Extensions
In the event of extra time or delays (e.g., flight or traffic or any unforeseen delays), you the client will be responsible for any additional charges. Waiting time is charged at $150 per hour, with the first 15 minutes of arrival from scheduled pickup or departure free of charge.
- Other Conditions

Food & Beverage Consumption: No food or drinks are allowed in the vehicles without prior approval. A bond may be required for potential damage.

Vehicle Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during your booking, except for damage caused by the supplier's employees. Drivers have the right to stop the vehicle and refuse service to passengers engaging in inappropriate or unruly behaviour.

Smoking: Smoking is prohibited by law in all vehicles.

Liability: Elite Mobility Group is not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or accidents). Elite Mobility Group’s liability is limited to the provision of transport services as booked and does not extend to consequential or incidental damages.
- Inappropriate Behaviour
Elite Mobility Group and its drivers reserve the right to deny service if customer behaviour poses a safety risk. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
- Quotation
All quoted prices include GST and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Elite Mobility Group reserves the right to adjust prices to reflect changes in airport fees, tolls, entry fees, parking charges, or extra waiting time.
- Location Services
If location services are enabled on your device, Elite Mobility Group may access your location to help the driver accurately determine your pick-up point. If you prefer not to share your location, you can disable location services through your device settings.
